Living Room Guest Bedroom Powder Room Dining Room

Entryway

This home was a blank slate for the family when they moved in, and we were pleased to discover they didn't want just "pops of color", they wanted bold and vibrant color everywhere.

About the Project

We gave their white-walled entry, living room, dining room, powder room and guest room the full-service decor treatment. Paint and wallpaper enhanced the historic features, fresh furniture (including a mix of vintage and new pieces) added much needed warmth and texture, and custom window treatments and statement light fixtures infused personality into the formerly empty spaces. A custom marble sink was created for the tiny powder room. Adding a puzzle/work table in the front bay rather than more seating made the living room function for this young family's lifestyle.

Fun Fact: The client had the vintage chest in the living room; we had it repaired and repainted in a rich purple, and we incorporated their chinoiserie cabinet perfectly into the dining room.

Painting all the surfaces we weren’t wallpapering the same aqua unified the room.

Kind Words from the client

“We are over the moon about our Unpatterned house makeover!

Carly and crew were so easy to work with and had great ideas. Will definitely use them for future projects.”
