These clients originally came to us while under contract for one of the duplexes in this new build in Lakeview. They needed assistance making some of the selections they were still able to customize - hardware, counters, backsplash, lighting, etc.

About the Project
After an initial meeting, our collaboration quickly escalated into helping design/furnish most of the major spaces in the home. This included incorporating their colorful art collection and love of travel into their new space along with acquiring furniture and exquisite textiles to complete the home, from the formal living/dining to the wine room with rooftop access.

Draperies
We went with a sheer ripple fold drapery to add a layer of texture and privacy.
art
The clients’ art set the color palette for this room. You can see it repeated in the rug we sourced.
REUPHOLSTERY
We sourced these chairs vintage and had them reupholstered in a chartreuse velvet.
Incorporating their colorful art collection.
The primary bedroom features a hand-painted silk wallcovering by de Gournay.
One office features travel photography by the clients themselves.
The wine room features a gold-fleck cork ceiling.
